She's a strong believer in “leaving it better than you found it,” and is deeply involved with local initiatives that benefit the community, particularly focusing on animal rescue, spay/neuter initiatives and adoption. Her love for animals is evident in the store’s partnership with local feline non-profits, as well as the presence of Tino, the store "bouncer". Her goal is to create a welcoming, helpful environment for every customer while also making a meaningful impact in the greater Chattanooga area.
